ORDERS AND PAYMENT OPTIONS: For your security and privacy, we accept all major credit cards using PayPal services for ordering online. We also accept orders and payments by standard mail with a personal check, bank check or money order. Sales tax will be charged for all orders shipped to Tennessee.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: Customer pays all shipping and handling cost. Standard shipping will be via UPS ground or USPS flat rates. Reminder: UPS will not deliver to a post office box address. All USPS shipping will be charged Priority Rates to be delivered within 1-3 days - as of 9-04-08. *Shipping outside of the continental US states will incur additional shipping charges not reflected in your order total.

*Note: I apologize that our shipping rates seem high, but honestly, this is what it costs US to ship to you! Rates keep going sky-high, so we recommend you check both shipping rates before you submit your order (either post office or UPS) and find the best rate. When ordering inexpensive items, it may work out better to order a minimum of $25 worth. Thank you!

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Our store has a "No Refund, No Return, and No Exchange" policy. (This is due to customers who have made false claims, and gotten items for free.) All shipments will be professionally packaged. Any items that ship via UPS will be insured for up to $100 free. If you wish to purchase insurance for your order, please contact us and we will arrange that for you. Refunds for items damaged during shipping will only be made if the items were insured.
